The Lake Jacksonville Association has the opportunity to assist the city in keeping
the lake and surrounding areas clean and safe. One of the programs to achieve that
goal is the Lake Watch Program.
The Lake Watch Program is designed to assist the city in monitoring lake activity
on land and water that may be in violation of lake rules and regulations. Monitoring
requires no special patrol. Volunteers are asked to note any suspected violations
during normal boating activities. Lake Watch volunteers are also asked to help keep
the lake clear of floating debris.
All lake residents are encouraged to take part in keeping the lake clean and adhering
to all lake rules and regulations. Please report any suspected violations to either:
LJA Representative for Lake Watch: Cheyenne Riley – 903-586-0327
or
City Representative: Stacy Hunter – 903-589-3510
Report any unlawful activity on the water or within the Jacksonville city limits
to the
Jacksonville Police Department
at 903-586-2546 or outside the city limits to Constable Eddie Lee
at 903-586-6211.
For any emergency situation, call 911.
