The annual membership meeting is scheduled for:
The second Thursday of January each year in the Woodmen Of The World
Building, 1800 College Ave., Jacksonville, TX.
The meeting will start at 6:00 pm and is expected to last one and a half hours.
We will highlight accomplishments of the past year and discuss plans for next year.
We will also present a slate of new officers and some new Board members for your
approval.

The Board of Directors consists of 11 Directors and three Officers. All are elected
for a two-year term with a term limit of two consecutive terms. Five Director positions
and all Officers are elected at one Annual Membership meeting and six Director positions
are elected at the next Annual Membership meeting. At the 2011Annual Membership
meeting the six Director positions will be elected.
