After you click 'Submit' below and get to the next page which has 'Choose a way to pay', if you do not want to pay with a PayPal account, at the lower right of that page click on 'Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit'.

Then on the next page be sure to click on the 'Credit Card' tab if you want to pay with your credit card because they have the 'Debit or Prepaid Gift Card' tab open which will not take your credit card.
